Tribute Jesse Colin Young

Originaire de New York, Jesse Colin Young réalise son 1er enregistrement en 4 heures, The Soul of a City Boy, en 1964. Après un 2ème opus solo, il forme son groupe The YoungBloods en 1966, pour 5 albums jusqu’à 1972. Il entamera ensuite une nouvelle carrière solo, dans un style folk parfois boogie, enrichi par l’étonnant flutiste et saxophoniste Jim Rothermel. Il connaitra plusieurs succès aux USA, notamment Song for Juli en 1973.
